Why you need to Squat

Squatting is known as 'The King' of all exercises....why?

The squat incorporates far more than just the legs, in my opinion it's the best way to strengthen the all important core or what I like to call stabilising muscles.

You can plank everyday which has a place in exercise routines but is has absolutely no where near the benefits to your whole body that a squat does.

If you squat properly the benefits are endless, so focus on correct form before you start adding additional weight.

If you find yourself tipping forward, that's those stabilising muscles in your back NOT being strong enough to hold the weight- not necessarily your legs not being able to lift the weight.

Front Squats are fantastic for really giving the stabilisers a workout; I've had back doms from a good front squatting session!

Whether you're male or female, beginner or advanced, learn the technique and get yourself into a squat rack....believe me your whole body will thank you for it.
