"I am of a certain age (vanity won't let me disclose my actual age) but it is fair to say I am no "spring chicken". I went to see Ant because of a recurring neck problem and after an initial assessment in which I decided I liked his approach to people, I decided to have a trial period of training sessions.
I am now fully committed to Ant's program and am finding benefits in numerous areas including a much improved neck.
It is fair to say that the older your get the more the muscles in your body can start to waste away -use them or lose them- and that can cause many issues. However through regular monitoring, Ant is able to demonstrate how my general fitness/strength is improving week on week.
Ant fully explains why I am undertaking each exercise and the effects on the body structure and how the body will respond and the benefits therefore gained. I respect this approach. He is very knowledgeable, has a great interest in his work and provides encouragement in "bucket loads " which helps my mental approach to training.
