"I have been trained by Ant for the past 4 months and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The exercises vary week on week, they are explained in full and demonstrated. Ant only expects you to do an exercise that he has tried and tested which demonstrates commitment to the profession in delivering a great service.
Ant is committed to his trade and is also personable which makes training even more enjoyable.
I have also used ASC Personal Training for a Kettleblast class - these are action packed and intense and you leave feeling you have achieved a lot in 45 minutes.

I had a baby six months ago, and would describe myself as someone who is quite out of shape and not naturally fit, so I was quite nervous about the first session.I had absolutely no need to be! Ant was really friendly and put me totally at ease.He took the time to listen to what i wanted to achieve, but also suggested other exercises that he thought would be helpful.He explained everything really clearly and demonstrated each exercise - and was quite happy to show me more than once when I wasn't quite sure!
