S&C 101 is a 3 day per week training plan that is designed to make you stronger, faster and fitter.
The program will be effective for both beginners and intermediate training levels.
The rest time between sets is a just a guide so feel free to adjust that dependant on your level of conditioning.
Remember - effective training sessions are based on the right balance of intensity and performance NOT aiming to create soreness or feeling like you need to crawl out of the gym (regardless of popular belief!)
