This plan has been designed for you to track your progress and allow for you to make adjustments to weight or rest times in accordance with your improvements each week.

 

This is a re-usable plan whereby after the 4 weeks, you can adjust reps and sets schemes if needs be in order to keep the body guessing which in turn stimulates adaptation.
